In 2014 Randy retired after 33 years of public service with the City of Arcata. His last two job positions were Chief of Police and City Manager.
A resident of the Arcata community since 1978, Randy is an active member of the Rotary Club of Arcata Sunrise. He was appointed to the Arcata Fire District Board of Directors in May 2017.
Arcata Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
